Hearst USA senior vice president and general manager commences role

Alicianne Rand, previously operating partner and advisor at TCG, has commenced her role as senior vice president and general manager, fashion and luxury group at Hearst USA, working across ELLE, ELLE Décor, Esquire, Harper’s BAZAAR, Town & Country, and VERANDA.
Alicianne will be overseeing the editorial teams and will be responsible for the P&L, managing brand strategy, audience development, product innovation, revenue growth and profitability.
