5. Subscribers must ensure that the details provided on registration or at any time are correct and complete.
6. You must inform us immediately of any changes to the information that you provided when registering by updating your personal details to ensure we can communicate with you effectively.
7. The maximum number of logins included in the subscription package is stated on invoices / inital agreements.
8. Logins should only be requested for / will only be provided for current employees and/or students of the Subscriber, with each login to consist of a valid email (company owned domain), full name and a password.
9. Individual Logins are confidential and may not be shared either within, or externally to, the Subscriber company.
10. The Subscriber must take reasonable care to maintain login confidentiality.
11. The subscriber must notify DIARY directory in writing of any changes in personnel which affects logins provided info@diaryd.com.
12. If there are reasonable grounds to assume that a login is being shared (indicators monitored include, but are not limited to, auto logout counts, failed login attempts, use of VPNs, IP addresses) the password may be changed by DIARY directory without notice and the Subscriber (and named Subscriber of the account) will be notified.
13. We may suspend or cancel your membership with immediate effect for any reasonable purposes or if you breach these terms and conditions.
