Online lifestyle, beauty & fashion magazine SheerLuxe has announced the launch of SheerLuxe Middle East. Launching in September, the title will initially be available in Dubai with plans of future expansion to other Middle Eastern markets. The team will be lead by SheerLuxe's senior fashion & shopping editor, Elaine Lloyd-Jones who has been appointed managing editor.
