The 2016 British Society of Magazine Editors Awards were held last night (15 November) at The Sheraton Grand London Park Lane Hotels. The winners included: Dylan Jones, GQ for Men’s Brand; Penny Martin, The Gentlewoman and Fantastic Woman for Women’s Brand (monthly or less frequent); Lisa Smosarski, Stylist for Women’s Brand (weekly/fortnightly/more frequent); Nicola Jeal, The Times Magazine for Newspaper or Current Affairs Brand; and Ben Preston, editor of Radio Times for The 2016 Editors’ Editor of the Year.
