BSME has announced the 2016 categories for its main Awards. As well as making changes to some existing categories, there are two new categories this year: Art Director of the Year – Branded Content, and Editor of the Year – Independent Brand, for magazines whose financial and creative decisions are made by the same person/people and whose publishers publish no more than a few core titles.  There is a reduced entry fee for Independent titles. There’s also the opportunity to nominate the editor you most admire for the 2016 BSME Editors’ Editor of the Year and there is no charge to do so. The full list of categories can be viewed online.
 
Full details and downloadable entry forms can be found at bsme.com.  The closing date for entries is 22 July.  The results will be announced at the annual BSME Awards Dinner on 15 November, this year at a new venue: The Park Lane Hotel on Piccadilly.
