Emma Beckett PR has been appointed to manage all press and publicity for Brazilian jewellery designer Ara Vartanian, who is set to open his London flagship store at 44 Bruton Place, Mayfair, in May. Born into a family of jewelers in São Paulo, Brazil, Ara Vartanian grew up surrounded by precious stones, learning techniques and gaining experience that would later inspire his own collections. He is responsible for many innovative jewellery techniques, including the use of inverted diamonds and the creation of two and three-finger rings, with each piece one-of-a-kind and hand-made. Ara Vartanian’s designs are stocked globally at boutiques including Broken English and FiveStory. His collections are now known worldwide, with clients including Naomi Campbell, Anne Hathaway, Emma Stone, Kate Moss and Alessandra Ambrósio.
