The winners of the Cosmopolitan Fashion Awards were announced last night at Cosmopolitan #FashFest at Battersea Evolution. The awards, which celebrate the very best in high street fashion retailing, were judged by an expert panel consisting of Jameela Jamil, Louise O’Reilly, Farrah Storr, Cosmopolitan’s editor and Shelly Vella, Cosmopolitan’s fashion and style director. 10,560 readers voted online at Cosmopolitan.co.uk.
