Drapers has announced the shortlist for its Drapers Awards 2022. New categories such as the Diversity and Inclusion Award celebrate the strides fashion brands and retailers are making towards creating workplaces that foster a sense of belonging for all, and projecting this out to their customers. Returning categories such as Womenswear and Menswear Brand of the Year and Retailer of the Year place increasing onus on diversity, sustainability and purpose-driven retail.
