Charnley Communications, a communications consultancy, specialising in social talent and influencer marketing, will work on a retained basis with beauty vlogger, My Pale Skin (Em Ford).

Working in partnership with James Grant, Charnley Communications will be managing My Pale Skin's personal publicity and overseeing campaigns to increase her presence within UK media following the viral success of her directorial debut of the short film 'You Look Disgusting' - which has generated more than 25,000,000 views to date.
