Fashion Scout has announced its Ones To Watch designers showcasing for SS17. The Ones To Watch initiative provides a catwalk showcase that is instrumental in raising the profile of emerging design talent globally. The four winners of Ones To Watch for London Fashion Week SS17 are: Serbian designer Ana Ljubinkovic; Parsons graduate Anissa Meddeb; UCA graduate Billie Jacobina; and unisex designer Ester Kubisz.
