French event and exhibition organiser GL Events Group has announced that it has acquired the activities of Tranoï, a Paris fashion trade show since 1998. GL Events Group is also a shareholder of Première Vision textile trade show. Tranoï and Première Vision will subsequently move closer together with the aim to create a hub of physical and digital B2B events, services and content to meet the market's new challenges.
