Lucy Kaylin has been promoted from senior vice president of content to editorial director at Hearst Magazines USA. In her new role, Lucy will report to Hearst Magazines president Debi Chirichella and collaborate with both the editorial and business leads to uphold Hearst’s commitment to excellence, while helping drive content innovation and audience engagement across new and emerging platforms. Lucy's appointment comes as chief content officer Kate Lewis steps down from her role after nearly ten years with the company.
