Alicianne Rand, previously head of marketing at Venmo, has been appointed senior vice president and general manager at Hearst USA. Alicianne will be working across the fashion and luxury portfolio of ELLE, ELLE Décor, Esquire, Harper’s Bazaar, Town & Country, and VERANDA, overseeing the editorial teams and will be responsible for the P&L, managing brand strategy, audience development, product innovation, revenue growth and profitability.
