Beauty brand Lush has announced that it will be closing down some of its social media channels. These include Lush UK, Lush Kitchen, Lush Times, Lush Life, Soapbox and Gorilla across Facebook, Twitter and Instagram. Instead Lush will open up the conversation with the Lush Community.
Lush issued a statement saying: "We believe we can make more noise using all of our voices across the globe, because when we do we drive change, challenge norms and create a cosmetic revolution. We want social to be more about passions and less about likes."
There will still be some social media presence but from now on, if you want to interact with Lush, you can do so via email, website live chat, or by phone.
