Marie Claire has announced the winners for its fourth Marie Claire Hair Awards 2020. Beauty and style director Lisa Oxenham and the Marie Claire beauty team were joined by a panel of 50 expert judges, including Sam McKnight, Katie Piper, Adam Reed, Larry King, Luke Hersheson, Jasmine Hemsley, Neelam Gill, Charlotte Mensah, Charli Howard, Marie Claire JetStyle founder Steph Stevenson and Fabled by Marie Claire CEO Amanda Scott.
