As Director of Beauty at Hearst, Lee led and developed the commercial strategy and growth of the beauty division across all Hearst properties and brands. She brings extensive media experience in the women’s luxury and lifestyle publishing sector combined with an unwavering passion & detailed understanding of the beauty industry, its evolving trends and consumer behaviour. With Lee's expertise in driving brand growth together with her deep understanding of the beauty, luxury and fashion sectors, Odore will continue to grow its enterprise relationships internationally.
