Of Substance announces make-up artist signing

Of Substance has announced that it is now representing make-up artist, Megumi Matsuno. Megumi has established an impressive portfolio - well known for beautifully effortless, illuminated skin work as well as her more directional work in colour and black & white.
Megumi is dedicated to supporting emerging fine artists alongside her commercial work for brands such as Joseph, Dr Barbara Sturm, Vyrao and Calvin Klein.
