The Clothes Show has revealed the winners of its 2015 Creative Awards, which are in association with Alcatel Onetouch and celebrate the work of young people within the fashion industry; the rising stars of the new generation. Covering a variety of disciplines including fashion design, photography and journalism, the awards are split into six categories. This year's winners are:
Young Artist of the Year – Toria Palombo, Belper School, Derbyshire
Young Handbag Designer of the Year – Allegra Cook, Burgess High School, West Sussex
Young Fashion Photographer of the Year – Sophie Williams, Whitchurch High School, Cardiff
Young Journalist of the Year – Laura Brown, The Courtauld Institute of Art, London
The Clothes Show Blogger of the Year - Lola Odumosu, Milton Keynes College
Young Designer of the Year - Rebecca Carrington, Manchester School of Art at Manchester Metropolitan University
As well as receiving bursaries for their respective schools and colleges, the winners will also have the opportunity to work alongside industry professionals on The Clothes Show’s 2016 Bright Young Things campaign. They will help style, choreograph and coordinate a fashion shoot featuring The Clothes Show’s Face of 2016 who was scouted by Select Model Management at this year’s show. The images will be used to promote The Clothes Show 2016.
