London-based womenswear brand Tuğcan Dökmen has appointed Village to handle the representation of their SS18 London Fashion Week presentation. Turkish born designer Tuğcan creates illusion prints by layering 8-20 layers of tulles; offering styles that work as art as well as any everyday luxury product.
