The British Society of Magazine Editors has announced the shortlist for its Editors’ Editor of the Year Award. Any editor, editor-in-chief or editorial director of a British magazine or digital edition who had held the position for at least six months during the period under consideration was eligible to be nominated. Those with the most support from BSME members then went forward to the shortlist. The 2015 shortlist includes:

Phil Alexander, editor-in-chief, MOJO, Q & Kerrang!
Andy Dixon, editor, Runner’s World
Sue Matthias, editor, FT Weekend
Caroline McGinn, editor, Time Out London
Lucy Yeomans, editor-in-chief, Porter

The results of this and the other 2015 BSME Awards will be announced at the 2015 Awards Dinner, at The Brewery on 16 November.
