Alex Barlow PR has been appointed to handle the UK press and publicity for collaborative feminine movement that is dedicated to the empowerment and wellbeing of women, A Tribe Called Woman. The company has been created by Karen Heras-Kelly, a Certified Professional Leadership Coach, known for her empowerment work with women around the world. Karen has a background in global brand communications having spent twenty years repositioning and building beauty brands like GHD and St. Tropez. She is committed to helping women find out what makes them glow from the inside out. Her business, A Tribe Called Woman, was born out of a need to bring back sacred time for women.  

Karen’s work is based on insights from working with 1000s of women around the world and her courses are products that women recommend to their friends. A Tribe Called Woman creates a safe space for women to connect to themselves, their bodies and each other and where they are not held back by gender, social or self-imposed limitations. Work is carried out through physical or virtual groups or through one on one sessions with Karen based on personalised programmes.
