Aisle 8 today announces the promotions of Ashleigh Hesp and Jade D’Aubney to Directors. As two of the founding members of the team, Ashleigh and Jade will manage the day-to-day running of the agency with Co-Founders Lauren Stevenson and Virginia Norris, leading the business culture and team development, as well as the performance and growth of the Beauty, Fashion, Lifestyle and Social Media divisions.

Virginia and Lauren will continue to work in their respective capacities as Co-Founders, senior client counsel and new business leads, working with Ashleigh and Jade on the growth and development of the agency. The team will work together to shape and refine the services and experience of the business as it moves into its eighth year in industry.
