Alpha Talent Group has announced its first agency partnership with LB Communications. The agency has appointed Lexi Boosey has Head of Partnerships where she will be working closely with the team to further strengthen Alpha’s commercial positioning across sports, entertainment and digital.

Lexi has spent 10 consecutive years in the entertainment and media industry: working on behalf of and alongside some of the UK’s most reputable talent agencies and public figures. Lexi founded LB Communications in 2022 to focus on brokering unique commercial endorsements and sponsorship opportunities across sports and entertainment. Working in tandem with management teams, sporting bodies and individuals, LB communications strategize and secure deals to elevate existing profiles, enhance media platforms and future proof commercial offerings. 

Within the last decade, Lexi has been responsible for brokering deals with internationally recognised brands such as Nike, ASOS, Samsung, Vodafone, SKY TV and Spotify to name a few. She has co-developed beauty brands, licensed fashion lines with some of the UK’s largest online retailers, developed and sold TV formats to global networks, and across live has led a team to break records for the fastest selling UK music tour consisting of digital-first talent
