The company that designs, sources, markets and sells licensed brands, Apparel Brands, has acquired East-London-based streetwear brand Nicce Clothing. It will take on the license for Nicce clothing across wholesale and ecommerce. With Apparel Brands's support and guidance, Nicce looks ahead and will focus on strengthening its Wholesale business and accelerating ecommerce and international growth. Through this acquisition, Apparel Brands will diversify its portfolio and brings Nicce on board to support strategic priorities, particularly around choice and premiumisation.
