Tracey Woodward (pictured), Global CEO at Aromatherapy Associates and The Refinery, has announced that she will be stepping down from her role with effect from 31 December 2018. The brand will, however, continue to retain her services as a consultant and ambassador for the brand, until end March 2019.
Anna Teal (pictured, right) has been appointed Global CEO and will take over Tracey’s responsibilities from the New Year but will work with Tracey with immediate effect on a handover. Anna brings with her over 20 years of experience in the beauty industry across retail, brand, M&A and strategy development. Anna is currently. VP and Global Business Development Director, Global Brands at Walgreens Boots Alliance

Anna and Tracey will be working closely together on a smooth transition over the next three months.
