Atkinsons of London has announced the launch of The Oud Collection, available from October. The line-up comprises Her Majesty The Oud and His Majesty The Oud eau de parfums that both aim to capture the idyllic chapter in time when England and the Orient were entwined. Her Majesty The Oud (£150) comprises top notes of osmanthus flower and red fruit jam before leading to a heart of Turkish rose, saffron and iris and a base of oud of assam accord, leather and vanilla absolute. His Majesty The Oud (£15), which opens with top notes of lapsang souchong accord and cloves, comprises heart notes of leather, cedar and sandalwood, and leads to a base of oud laos essence, styrax and vanilla.
