Authentic Brands Group to acquire Ted Baker

The boards of directors of Authentic Brands Group and Ted Baker have reached an agreement on the recommended acquisition of Ted Baker for approximately £211 million. Authentic Brands Group already owns brands including Forever 21, Juicy Couture and Reebok.
