Bauer Media has appointed Christian Baesler as MD, Bauer Xcel Media - in a role that will see him oversee Bauer Media’s digital division in both the UK and the US. He brings a global view from his experience within Bauer Xcel in New York where he has built up a successful department which spear-headed the set-up of Xcel as a separate division. 

Additionally, following a record year of digital revenue growth at Bauer Media, Group Digital MD, Sam Jones has decided to leave the business at the end of October. Under his tenure Bauer has greatly strengthened its digital capability, strategy and approach, resulting in strong growth at the digital division.
