Former style director of Heat and style editor of Hello! Fashion, Ellie Crompton has just launched beauty reviews website Fiivebeauty.com which presents top 5’s of every beauty category possible, compiled by a panel of beauty obsessives who represent all ages, skin tones and skin types.

As well as providing beauty reviews, the site also includes beauty news, blog features, monthly guest editors and a chance to look through the panel members’ extensive lists of beauty favourites. Fiive Beauty aims to provide a welcoming, friendly space for beauty consumers who want to shop intelligently and less wastefully.

Ellie has been working on the site with her business partner Kit Bhatti who has a background in buying and photography, and beauty brand consultant Abigail Boyd. The team are currently testing natural deodorants and retinols and are compiling their Christmas gift guide.
