Justin Padgett has joined Black Frame as Vice President, Public Relations, having relocated to New York from London earlier this month. Justin was previously Vice President at Starworks Group. He will be joining the great team led by Brian Phillips overseeing the following clients: Creatures of the Wind, Dion Lee, Helmut Lang, Jason Wu, Kimora Lee Simmons, MATCHESFASHION.COM and Vivienne Westwood.
