This month sees the launch of BLOK London’s new boxing studio 3, designed for high-intensity workouts to achieve optimum levels of fitness, while refining technique and skill. This is a 2000 sq ft, raw warehouse space with exposed brick walls, a high, pitched wooden roof, surround sound system and a polished original floor. 12 heavy Lonsdale bags are hung from the beams and the studio also includes a 14ft square ring for sparring and one-on-one training sessions, as well as speed- balls and a range of strength building equipment. All BLOK's boxing classes are run by qualified boxing coaches, who have all fought in competitive boxing matches.
