British Beauty Council has unveiled its first Ambassadors. The seven renowned beauty experts will raise awareness of the British Beauty Council’s work globally. All Ambassadors are appointed due to their global influence, to increase engagement with the Council’s work on an international scale.

The appointment of the Council’s first US Ambassador is an integral part of this strategy. Bobbi Brown, an acclaimed make-up artist, will join the Council and harness her unique industry insights to support and grow brands and beauty experts she believes in. On her new role, she says: ‘I’m excited to work with Millie and the team at the Council to see how this role can make a difference to the British Beauty industry on a global scale. Plus, I am a total anglophile – I love the cool aesthetic of British design and British beauty so this is set to be a really exciting partnership.’

The other Ambassadors are Sam McKnight MBE, Mary Greenwell, Dr Ateh Jewel, Marcia Kilgore, Kathy Phillips, and Caroline Hirons.
