Boots has announced the return of its 17 cosmetics brand with a brand new look and new formulations products. The range consists of over 170 vegan beauty products with prices starting from just £2. The entire range is vegan and cruelty-free. The new range of 17 cosmetics is the latest addition to the line-up of over 500 beauty brands now available at Boots and includes foundations, blushes, concealer, a lip crayon, eye shadow and brow and lash lamination clear mascara. 

17 is launching on boots.com on 17 February and in 495 Boots stores across the UK from Monday 21 February.
