Walgreens Boots Alliance has announced changes to its senior management roles and responsibilities. This follows the integration of Walgreens and Alliance Boots to create Walgreens Boots Alliance. Simon Roberts, Executive Vice President of Walgreens Boots Alliance and President of Boots, has decided at this time to pursue new opportunities and will leave the Company in July. Elizabeth Fagan, currently Senior Vice President and MD International Retail, is appointed as Senior Vice President and Managing Director (UK and Republic of Ireland) of Boots.

Elizabeth Fagan currently leads International Retail with Walgreens Boots Alliance. In this role, she is responsible for the development of the Company’s pharmacy-led health and beauty retail businesses in Latin America, Asia and Europe (outside of UK and Republic of Ireland) and for the Boots franchise in the Middle East.
