Burberry has named Elaiza Ikeda as its first Japan Ambassador. The Japanese actress, model and film director has been appointed as Burberry’s first official ambassador for Japan. Eliza said:

"It is such an honor to be appointed as one of Burberry’s ambassadors. I have huge respect for Burberry; whilst having such a rich history and being so loved and trusted at all times, I have also always been surprised by the new ways in which Burberry is able to capture fashion in each of its collections. I feel extremely fortunate to have this chance to work so closely with the house’s creations and to deliver its messages as an ambassador. I am so excited as I have the feeling that I will also discover my true self while experiencing the heart of Burberry. I hope everyone will be filled with this positive energy as well. I am really looking forward to it."
