Nicola Thornton (pictured, left) has been promoted from Senior Communications Director to Head of Beauty & Partnerships, overseeing all clients and new business alongside founders, Lauren Mills & Kirsten Mills. In addition, Scarlett Adams (pictured, right), previously Communications Intern at L'OCCITANE en Provence and Erborian, has been appointed Communications Executive. Scarlett will work primarily across brands such as ORIBE, TULA UK and Cabü Cabins.
