Beauty brand BUXOM has announced the launch of the Plumpline Lip Liners. Featuring a lip liner and built-in brush, the creamy and pigmented pencil plump, line and define lips. Coming in 20 shades, from bolds to nudes in a smooth-matte finish, the liner is made with Buxom’s unique peptides and hyaluronic acid booster. The Plumpline Lip Liners will be available from 12 January, for £15 from cultbeauty.com, debenhams.com and selected Debenhams stores.
