Newly launched agency Capsule Communications has announced several changes to its team. Christine Isabel Serrao, who has over 15 years of experience in the beauty and fashion industry, has joined as Communications Director. She worked for MAC Cosmetics global in NYC for over seven years and has since worked in-house at Premier Hair & Makeup as Communications and Marketing Manager.

Taylor Pearson has been promoted to Account Manager, overseeing Batiste Stylist, Cloud Nine, Nair, femfresh, Arm & Hammer oral care and Pearl Drops; while Nicole Verdugo has been promoted to Junior Account Manager, working across and overseeing Windle & Moodie, Healgel, Toppik and trade aspects of the Cloud Nine account.

In addition, Lithel Garcia has joined the team as Communications Executive, working across Arm & Hammer and overseeing digital aspects of the business.
