Stephanie Pearce, formerly Integrated Communications & Engagement Director at M·A·C Cosmetics UK and Ireland for 10 years, joins Capsule Communications as a consultant Associate Director.

Stephanie will support Managing Director, Ross Witherden and Head of Comms & Strategy Lead, Persephone Walton-Clark across top strategy, corporate comms and growing the colour division. Stephanie will work across Sculpted by Aimee, Deck of Scarlet, goodhabit, Confessions of a Rebel and Church & Dwight Corporate. She will also develop media, talent and artist relations for all divisions.
