Carven has announced the launch of its L’EAU INTENSE fragrance for men, a scent imagined by Jérôme Di Marino, under the supervision of Francis Kurkdjian. L’EAU INTENSE is characterised by fresh notes of mint, Italian lemon and grapefruit, followed by a gradual build-up with hints of birch leaves and lavender, and leading to a bouquet of ginger, cardamom, cedarwood and ambery woods. The front side of the bottle is optical white with the pattern of an imaginary shirt and transparent sides, while the matte grey case is threaded with shiny metallic silver. The fragrance collection includes Eau de Toilette Spray (30ml, 50ml and 100ml, £35-£70); Deodorant, Bath and Shower Gel, After Shave Balm and After Shave Spray. To celebrate the exclusive launch of the new male fragrance, the brand has teamed up with luxury department store Selfridges to offer an exclusive L’EAU INTENSE bottle personalisation service by fashion illustrator Sarah Smart (London 12-13 Feb), Birmingham (18 Feb), Manchester Exchange (19 Feb) and Manchester Trafford (20 Feb). The fragrance will be exclusively at Selfridges from 11 February.
