Slovenian CBD skincare brand, Hemptouch cosmetics, which has just launched in the UK is the first CBD skincare range to receive NaTrue Certification. NaTrue or Natural Organic Cosmetics Association is an international standard for natural cosmetics. It’s a non-profit association whose main goal is to unify the standards for natural and organic cosmetics.
