Celebrity hairdresser Jamie Stevens has launched his first ever haircare range MR, available at 350 Boots stores nationwide. The new range offers a combination of contemporary styling and effective solutions for thinning hair. The dual action haircare system brings the best of Jamie’s styling expertise together with science and trademarked ingredients to combat the appearance of male hair loss in 12 products split into three categories: Thickening, Style and Disguise. The Thickening category features grooming staples such as a cleansing shampoo, a light-weight gel style conditioner and an aerosol treatment spray, delivering active ingredients directly to problem areas. Style products include a strong hold clay that offers a matt finish and adds thickness, a versatile wax for definition, a lightweight paste for texture and a smooth gel for long-lasting hold. Texture salt spray adds control and provides volume, while a fix spray offers medium hold and can be used in conjunction with products from the Disguise range. Completing the Style range is a conditioning beard oil which hydrates skin and softens beard hair. The Disguise category includes hair fibres in brown, dark brown and black which attach to existing hair to build density and give the appearance of thicker hair. An easy to use disguise spray, which is available in three colours, adds pigment to the scalp to disguise thinning and receding areas.
