CEW UK has announced the launch of its industry-first, Two-Way Mentoring Scheme supported by PUIG. This initiative is designed to enable and nurture new talent entering the beauty industry by pairing them with a selection of leading professionals from the UK and Global beauty landscape.
The scheme will recruit 25 CEW members, who will be matched with their mentors based on their interests, goals and roles. Mentors include Vesa Kalho from Fenwick, Aaron Chatterley from feelunique, Ruby Dhillon from Tom Ford, Antonia Burrell from Antonia Burrell, and Liz Warom of Temple Spa, to name just a few. The scheme will have repeated cycles in the future, with the first one running for an initial six months.
To enter, CEW Members will have to follow a simple application process with the final pairings to be made following an onboarding session on 24 February.
Applications for the scheme close on 11 February and will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis. A valid CEW membership must accompany every application. For more information, please visit cewuk.co.uk.
