CFDA and Vogue USA have announced the second round of recipients for their COVID-19 relief fund, A Common Thread. The fund is awarding $2 million in grants, $1 million of which will be given to Harlem's Fashion Row Icon 360 fund for Black and P.O.C. fashion companies impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic.
