Chalk PR launched a partnership with the SYWT group in May 2020, recognising that the beauty communications industry is predominantly channelled through white faces and voices and wanting to help change this. The partnership's aim was to support women of colour wanting to join the field of Beauty PR, working with inclusive PR expert Iman Leila Bokolo, the founder of SYWT. PR agency Monty joined the initiative in June, also offering valuable workshops and mentorships for Iman's members.
