Chalk PR has been appointed by luxury candle brand La Montana to handle a Christmas project for the launch of its new scented candle Sacred Roses. La Montana candles are inspired by ex Londoners Cassandra and Jonathan Hall’s new life in a mountain village in Valencia, Spain. Each fragrance evokes a real experience and is recreated using only the finest perfume oils. The origin of Sacred Roses was inspired by a 13th century monastery at the foot of their mountain retreat, enclosed by a mature rose garden, and bordered by orange groves and wild lavender. La Montana Sacred Rose is priced at £35.00 and available online at lamontana.co.uk. Other scents in the range include Alfredo’s Café, First Light, Galan de Noche & Winter Oranges. Chalk PR has also been appointed to handle the press and publicity for in-salon hair system Olaplex, which helps to permanently rebuild and damaged disulphide bonds within the hair. Born from the wish of founder Dean Cristal to keep chemical treatments from hurting the hair, Olaplex was invented by Dr. Eric Pressly and Dr. Craig Hawker. The brand is free of silicone, sulphates, phthalates, DEA, aldehydes, gluten and is never tested on animals.
