Luxury beauty and skincare brand Charlotte Tilbury has announced that it is evolving its team structure to better address the needs of its growing business. The brand is creating regional PR teams to handle all in-market PR, alongside its Global PR & Advocacy team, led by Camilla Craven (née Bradley), Director of PR & Advocacy.
The newly formed UK PR & Advocacy team will be led by Georgina Cashman, reporting into Lizzie Hanbury-Tenison. Georgie joins Charlotte Tilbury on 1 July as UK Senior PR & Advocacy Manager. Georgie joins from L’Oréal UKI where she has worked for the last 10 years across Garnier, Maybelline and NYX, with her last role as Marketing and Communications Manager for NYX. Georgie will be supported by Olivia Flanagan, who has been promoted to UK PR & Advocacy Coordinator.
From 21 June, the in-house UK PR team will be supported by a new PR agency, SEEN Group. After 6 years working with The Communications Store, the brand is forging a new partnership for the next stage of its business. Both Charlotte Tilbury and TCS are immensely proud of the work they have done together and of the enduring relationship that spans since the brand was launched.
Other Global updates are as follows: Katie Dobson, previously Global Head of PR at Walgreens Boots Alliance, has joined as Global Senior PR Manager (interim); and Amy Green has joined as Global PR & Advocacy Assistant. Amy was previously E-commerce and Content Assistant at Lily and Lionel.
