Claire Ptak of Violet Bakery appoints Purple

Purple has been appointed by Claire Ptak, owner and chef of Violet Bakery, for international press and commercial representation.
Originally from California, Claire began her business with a stall in Broadway Market before opening Violet Bakery in 2010 as a bespoke cake company and café in East London. Focusing on using high-quality seasonal ingredients to bring out traditional flavours with a twist, Claire was most recently appointed to create the wedding cake for the upcoming royal nuptials of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle. Claire also hosts the podcast Violet Sessions, works as a food stylist and is the author of four cookbooks including The Violet Bakery Cookbook.
