Clarins launches Joli Rouge Velvet lipsticks

Beauty brand Clarins has announced the launch of the Joli Rouge Velvet lipsticks, a reinterpretation of its iconic lipstick in a new matte version. The highly sensorial formula offers a high level of hydration and is enriched in organic marsh samphire and organic apricot oil that promotes a velvety smooth finish without ever drying the lips. All 20 shades are now available across all three textures: satin, shine and velvety-matte.
