Clarins has unveiled its new Hydra-Essentiel range, which hydrates skin by helping it to regain its natural capacity to retain water. Clarins’ Research has studied daily thermic shocks and highlighted their impact on skin’s natural hydration levels for the first time. Clarins discovered a powerful hydration activator in the heart of nature, a plant with succulent leaves: the Organic Leaf of Life. Water is essential to life, as well as to skin’s beauty, that’s why the new Hydra-Essentiel range helps restore the skin’s capacity to retain water thanks to the leaf of life extract: Intensely hydrated, skin is left radiant, fresh and smooth all day long. The range features five different textures for different skin types and needs. Milky Lotion SPF 15 (£36) for normal to combination skin, is a lightweight lotion which leaves skin feeling fresh, nourished and protected from the harmful effects of the sun. Cooling Gel (£36) for normal to combination skin, has an immediate refreshing feel, for comfortable, radiant, matte skin. Silky Cream (£36) for normal to dry skin, has a fine melting texture with a silky feel and Silky Cream SPF 15 (£36) offers an option with added sun protection. Bi-phase Serum (£44), is an invisible, comfortable bi-phase serum for dehydrated skin which leaves it soft, plump, radiant and beautiful. The collection will be available from 5 March.
